The myth of the rape of Lucretia has inspired several composers: Maestro Jérôme Correas has chosen four of them (Alessandro Scarlatti, Georg Friedrich Haendel, Benedetto Marcello and Michel Pignolet de Monteclair) conducting a concert dedicated to the theme on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at the Théâtre Antoine Vitez in Ivry-sur-Seine, which will be performed by Jérôme Correas as a conductor and harpsichord, Nicolas Crnjanski cello, Benjamin Narvey lute and soprano Amel Brahim-Djelloul.
On Friday 20 June 2025 at 21:00 Andrea De Carlo is conducting compositions by Alessandro Stradella and Claudio Monteverdi with Ensemble Mare Nostrum and soprano Silvia Frigato as part of the Monteverdi Festival.
On Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 8:00 p.m., at the Nikolaikirche in Leipzig, Andrea Marcon is conducting Johann Sebastian Bach's Johannes-Passion, BWV 245, with La Cetra Barockorchester & Vokalensemble Basel.
Sunday 15th June 2025 at 11:00, at Cascina Parco Gallo in Brescia, dèdalo ensemble conducted by Vittorio Parisi is performing composition by Haas, Paterson, Quagliarini.
