Angelo Giordano completed his musical studies at the ‘Nicola Sala’ Conservatory of Music in Benevento, studying singing with  Gioacchino Zarrelli, after  his studies at  ‘San Pietro a Majella’ Conservatory of Music in Napoli, where he studied  early music and chamber music with  Antonio Florio and  Sonia Prina.

He appeared in concert at the Budapest Opera House; he was chosen for a solo concert at the Festival della Valle d’Itria in Martina Franca; he was invited for a  concert at the Baroque Festival ‘Sicut Sagittae’ conducted  by Antonio Florio;  he sang at  the final concerts of the Sara Mingardo Masterclass at   Pietà dei Turchini in Naples , following  Sonia Prina Masterclass.

He  sang the world premiere in modern times of Giuseppe Nicolini’s Trajano in Dacia, role of Decebalo; he then sang in J.C. Bach’s Alessandro nelle Indie, at the UNESCO site in Benevento. In the last year, he sang in Cimarosa’s La Vergine del Sole, in the role of Alonso, at the Hermitage Theatre in St. Petersburg. He then made his debut in Halle for the ‘Handel Festspiele 2019’, in Haendel’s Arbace, singing the role of Artaxerxes,  followed by  concerts in Moscow.

The awards received include: ‘Young Talent’ Prize  ( ‘Santa Chiara’ International Competition in Napoli) ; ‘Nausica International’ Prize ,within the ‘Umberto Giordano’ International Competition in Foggia; Grand Final Gala Concert within the ‘Ravello Festival/Ravello in musica’ International Competition.
